We serve contractors, wholesalers, retailers, commercial businesses, and residential customers by providing high-quality, energy-efficient lighting solutions.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Sales Associate to support our growing customer base and help expand our presence throughout the region.

Position Summary

The Remote Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, generating sales opportunities, following up on leads, preparing quotations, and supporting both B2B and B2C sales activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a willingness to learn about LED lighting products and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate LED lighting products.
• Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with prospective customers and sales leads.
• Build relationships with contractors, builders, facility managers, and business customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the company CRM system.
• Assist with order processing and customer support.
• Coordinate with management regarding customer requirements and market opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or business development.
• Experience working with contractors, construction companies, wholesalers, or commercial customers.
• Knowledge of lighting, electrical products, construction materials, or home improvement products.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Associate to support inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations at our Webb City facility.

Position Summary

The Warehouse & Logistics Associate will be responsible for receiving incoming inventory, organizing warehouse stock, preparing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient operations and timely delivery of products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Unload, organize, and store inventory safely and accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse records.
• Assist with cycle counts and periodic inventory audits.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers and logistics providers.
• Prepare shipping labels and shipping documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading products as required.
• Support showroom inventory management and product displays.
• Work closely with management to improve warehouse efficiency and logistics processes.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including email and inventory software.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping, or inventory management experience.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Experience with inventory tracking systems or warehouse management software.
• Experience working in wholesale distribution, electrical supply, construction materials, or related industries.
